Enroling at Kaikohe Intermediate
Fill in the enrolment form available below (if filling in online) or from the school office.
Our school will then need to sight the originals and take a copy of the following documentation when you meet to enrol your child.
1. Birth Certificate or Valid NZ Passport (Original Copy). This is a MUST to enrol.
2. Copy of Immunisation Record
3. Previous School Report
